MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Abengoa SA's IT unit Telvent GIT SA said its US arm Telvent Traffic North America Inc has agreed the acquisition for an undisclosed sum of Texas-based Caseta Technologies which develops road toll charging technology.
In a statement, Telvent said the deal forms part of its strategic plan to expand its global transportation business.
